Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Qensei platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Qensei provides a link-conversion utility that allows users to transform standard e-commerce product URLs into tracked affiliate links. When a user or third party makes a qualifying purchase through these converted links, Qensei may earn a commission from the destination retailer. A portion of this commission may be allocated to the user's account as "Cashback."
3. Account Registration & Security
To accumulate and withdraw Cashback, users must register for an account using standard authentication methods (e.g., Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Qensei reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or terms violation.
4. Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Retailers
Qensei participates in various affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to Amazon Associates. This means we earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our tracked links. Qensei is not affiliated with, nor does it endorse, the products sold by these third-party retailers. All customer service inquiries, returns, and disputes regarding purchased products must be directed to the respective retailer.
5. Cashback Accumulation and Status
- Tracking Limitations: Cashback estimates provided at the time of link conversion are purely estimates. Final cashback amounts are dictated by the retailer. Qensei is not liable for untracked clicks resulting from user ad-blockers, browser privacy settings, or third-party tracking failures.
- Pending Status: All recorded cashback initially holds a "Pending" status. This status remains until the retailer's specific return, cancellation, and exchange windows have fully closed, and the commission is officially verified and paid to Qensei.
- Available to Withdraw: Only after the retailer finalizes the commission will the funds transition to "Available to Withdraw".
6. Payouts and Withdrawals
Withdrawals are currently processed manually via Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transfers. To request a payout, users must provide a valid UPI ID. Qensei may enforce a minimum withdrawal threshold and specific payout schedules (e.g., weekly batches). Qensei is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect UPI IDs provided by the user.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Qensei, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
